City Lights Beauty Agency is a Florida-licensed talent agency (TA1765) that staffs hair, makeup and grooming on location for film and commercial productions, brand activations, corporate events, weddings and private clients. Teams work from Tampa Bay, Chicago and Los Angeles, with vetted artists placed nationwide. Founded in 2006 by Paula Heckenast.
Do you staff film, TV and commercial productions?
Yes. A key artist owns the look and holds continuity across setups, with additional artists sized to your talent count. Call sheets, COIs, NDAs and W-9s are standard.
Which cities do you work in?
Teams work from Tampa Bay, Chicago and Los Angeles. For productions and destination weddings elsewhere, we place vetted local artists under one contract and one point of contact.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. City Lights holds Florida Talent Agency License TA1765, carries general liability coverage and issues certificates of insurance with named additional insured on request.
Do you do weddings and private events?
Yes. Weddings, quinceañeras, galas and portrait sessions are booked at one rate with a written timeline and a named artist for every person in the chair.
Can your artists cover tattoos, redness and mature skin?
Yes. Artists correct redness and texture, cover tattoos and work with mature skin and every skin tone, for camera and in person. The before and after photos on this page are City Lights clients.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most productions and corporate work. Peak wedding Saturdays are usually booked nine to twelve months out. Short notice is worth a call: (888) 619-0628.
