I’m Paula Heckenast, founder of City Lights Beauty + Experiential Agency and Delulu Marketing. What began as a career in luxury beauty—working backstage for celebrities, productions, and weddings—has evolved into a full-scale agency specializing in brand activations, experiential marketing, and high-end team-building events.

I believe the most powerful experiences live at the intersection of artistry, psychology, and strategy. That’s why Fortune 500 companies, upscale event planners, and global luxury brands turn to me and my team to design activations that are not only beautiful, but also memorable, meaningful, and measurable.
