II’m Paula Heckenast, founder of City Lights Beauty + Experiential Agency and Delulu Marketing. What began as a career in luxury beauty—working backstage for celebrities, productions, and weddings—has evolved into a full-scale agency specializing in brand activations, experiential marketing, and high-end team-building events.

I believe the most powerful experiences live at the intersection of artistry, psychology, and strategy.
