Before you send us a client.
What happens after I refer a client?
Your client gets priority on the calendar and a named contact rather than a contact form, and you get told what was quoted and what was booked. You are never left explaining a vendor you cannot reach.
Do you carry insurance and send certificates?
Yes. City Lights Beauty Agency holds Florida Talent Agency License TA1765 and carries general liability coverage. We provide certificates of insurance with your venue or production named as additional insured on request, and complete vendor onboarding paperwork before the date.
Do you work at our venue or only at your own locations?
Everything we do is on location. Hotel suites, private homes, ballroom hallways, green rooms, offices and sound stages are all normal for us, and we bring our own professional lighting because venue light is not built for photographs.
Which markets can you cover for our clients?
Teams work from Tampa Bay, Chicago and Los Angeles, with a bench of more than 70 vetted artists across 22 or more cities. For a date somewhere else, we place and vet local artists under our name so your client still has one contract and one point of contact.
How much notice do you need for a referral?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most dates, and peak wedding and gala weekends fill earlier. Short notice is worth a call to (888) 619-0628 rather than an email, because the bench is deep enough to clear a lot of same-week requests.
Is there a cost to join the preferred vendor list?
No. Applying is free and there is no contract to sign. We review applications, look at the work you book, and answer either way.
