These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of all websites, booking portals, and services operated by City Lights Beauty Agency LLC (“CLBA,” “Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, booking, purchasing, submitting information, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If under 18, use is permitted only with verified legal guardian consent. We reserve the right to verify identity and eligibility at any time.

2. Bookings, Payments & Agency Policies All bookings are subject to our signed Service Agreement and Agency Policies & Service Terms (incorporated by reference).

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to confirm any booking.

All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

Late payments may incur a 10% late fee and may result in cancellation of services.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for agreed amounts.

3. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Information All pricing, proposals, contracts, creative concepts, operational systems, and marketing materials are proprietary to CLBA. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

Impersonate any person or entity

Submit false inquiries for competitive intelligence

Share, screenshot, or distribute our private communications, pricing, or proposals

Engage in disparagement, harassment, or reputational attacks against CLBA

Interfere with our client or contractor relationships

Violations may result in immediate termination of services, permanent ban, and legal action including claims for damages and attorneys’ fees.

5. Media & Publicity Release Unless written notice is provided at least seven (7) days prior to the event, you grant CLBA the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use images and video from our services for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

6. Force Majeure CLBA is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government orders, venue closures, public health emergencies, etc.).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties Services are provided “as is.” CLBA makes no guarantees regarding specific aesthetic outcomes or uninterrupted availability. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, CLBA’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLBA, its owner, artists, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your event, or your conduct.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

11. Modifications We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
