Upon check in to your hotel, please email us @ [email protected] with your hotel room information (and specific tower/elevator if applicable). If we have any questions, we will contact you via phone or email

Prior to your scheduled appointment, please have your cell phone close to you. We will provide your cell phone number to your artist (s) that will be arriving for your appointment. Sometimes the artist (s) may need to contact you prior to your appointment, to meet them downstairs or at the selected elevator (if they are having trouble accessing your hotel room)

For Clients Staying at a Private Estate (with an address):

You can come to us or we can come to you for bookings. To avoid on location fees you may also opt to go to your service provider's studio.

Yes! Lashes are always included! We never charge extra for anything other companies may consider upgrades.

Yes, we travel anywhere Internationally with artists based in the USA.

We like to allow 2 hours for both hair and makeup.

No, however you are welcome to bring any must haves. Favorite lipstick? Mascara? You're welcome to bring any preferred products that you know work for you.
