How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, from a person, not an autoresponder. If your date is inside two weeks, call (888) 619-0628 instead and we will answer live during business hours.
What should I include in my message?
Whatever you know: the date, the city or venue, how many people need hair and makeup, and the time everyone has to be ready. If you have a call sheet or a run of show, attach it. Nothing is required except a way to reach you.
Do you quote by email or make me book a call?
By email. You get real numbers in writing first, and a call only if you want one. Every quote lists the artists, the hours and any travel before you sign anything.
Do you travel outside Tampa Bay, Chicago and Los Angeles?
Yes. Those are our home markets, and we work in more than twenty cities. For anywhere else we place vetted local artists under our name, so you still have one contact and one contract.
