For Producers, Agencies, Brands & Public Figures

Book the year, not the day.

If you use us more than once, stop paying project pricing. Prepay a block of four, six or twelve artist days and hold one rate across the whole block, with priority on the calendar and one contract instead of eight.

Standard is $1,800 a day and $1,000 a half day · A block is held below that for the term · Rate card and contract within one business day

Why It Is Worth It

What the contract actually buys you.

  • A rate you can budget a year outFixed for the term. You can put a real number in a plan or a pitch without hedging it, and it does not move when peak season does.
  • Priority on the calendarContract holders get first call on the bench, including the dates everyone wants. Convention weeks and awards season fill first.
  • No estimate cycle per projectSend the dates and the headcount. We confirm staffing and draw the days. No quote, no approval loop, no waiting on procurement again.
  • One contract, one POYour finance team processes a single agreement and a single invoice instead of eight. W-9, COIs and vendor onboarding handled once.
  • Continuity of teamA named key artist across your year on the twelve-day block, so the look does not reset every time a new project starts.
  • National coverage without national travel bills70+ vetted artists across 22+ cities. The key travels to hold the standard; the bench is local. Travel terms are written into the contract.

In Their Words

“Everyone looked polished, confident, and still like themselves — which is exactly what you want for headshots and work photos. The team was professional, efficient, and great at working with multiple people while making each of us feel comfortable and listened to.”

The Blocks

Three sizes, one rate structure.

4 days

The starting block

A brand with a campaign shoot and a couple of content days, or a speaker with a light season. One contract, one invoice, days usable across any service line, and you can add more later at the same rate.

6 days

Where most agencies land

Enough to cover a campaign, a conference and a quarterly content day without re-quoting. A deeper rate than the four-day block, priority on the calendar, and spendable across several clients or brands.

12 days

The annual partnership

Continuous need, activation tours and a full appearance calendar. The best rate offered, first call on the bench including peak dates, a named key artist across the year, and a white-label option under your own name.

A day is one artist for eight hours on location, inclusive of prep and load-out. A half day is four, and blocks are available at half-day increments for press days, single appearances and executive portrait sessions. The standard published rate is $1,800 a day and $1,000 a half day; a block is held below that for the life of the contract. Blocks draw down as projects land. Kit and travel are quoted separately, at preferred rates, and written into the contract before you sign.

Not A Repeat Buyer Yet

Booking a single project?

A block only makes sense if you come back. For one shoot, one headshot day or one activation, the standard rate is the right answer and it is published: $1,800 for a full day, $1,000 for a half day, per artist. Book that, and if the year turns into several projects we will credit the conversation toward a block.

Other Structures

Priority booking retainer

A monthly retainer that holds bench capacity for brands and agencies with continuous, unpredictable need. Days draw at preferred rates against the retainer.

White-label partnership

We operate as your in-house beauty department under your name, on your call sheets and in your client-facing decks. You keep the relationship; we carry the staffing.

Turnkey management

We own the full beauty scope end to end — staffing, logistics, COIs, load-in, hospitality and on-site management — as a single line on your budget.

Questions Buyers Ask

Answered before you have to ask.

What exactly am I buying?

A block of prepaid artist days at a preferred rate. You choose four, six or twelve days — or a block of half days if your work is shorter-form — and prepay the block. The rate per day is held for the life of the contract, and you draw the days down as projects land.

How long is a day?

Eight hours on location for one artist, inclusive of prep and load-out. A half day is four. That is the same definition used everywhere else on this site and on every estimate we send, so nothing needs translating between a quote and a contract. Time beyond the booked day is billed hourly and written into the estimate before you sign.

Why is prepaying cheaper for you and for me?

Because it removes the two most expensive things in a service business: idle bench and re-quoting. When we know a block of days is coming we can hold artists, plan travel earlier, and skip the estimate cycle on every project. That saving comes back as a preferred rate. You get budget certainty and a number you can put in a plan a year out.

What is the standard rate, and how much lower is a block?

The standard published rate is $1,800 for a full day and $1,000 for a half day, per artist. A block is held below that, and how far below depends on the block size and the term. We send the exact rate card with the contract rather than publishing block pricing, because the honest number depends on scope, market and season.

What happens if the day count is wrong?

If you run out, you add days at the same preferred rate rather than reverting to standard. If you do not use them all inside the term, unused days roll for an agreed window. We would rather keep the relationship than win an argument about a forfeited day.

Does a day mean one artist or a team?

One artist day. A shoot needing a key plus three additional artists for a full day draws four days from the block. That is deliberately simple so your production manager can forecast it without calling us.

Is travel and kit included?

Travel is quoted separately, as it is on any production, because it scales with distance rather than with hours, and it is stated in the contract up front at preferred rates. There is no kit fee on a standard day: skin and hair prep, airbrush and lashes are part of the service, not line items. A specialty kit fee applies only for SFX, prosthetics, bald caps or airbrush body coverage, and it is listed with a reason.

Can several projects or brands draw from one block?

Yes. Agencies routinely buy one block and spend it across multiple clients. Brands spend one block across campaign days, conference season and quarterly content. One contract, one PO, one invoice.

Do you also do white-label and retainers?

Yes. Beyond prepaid blocks we work as a white-label beauty department under your agency's name, and on standing retainers for brands with continuous need. Tell us which model fits and we will send terms for that instead.

How do I get the actual numbers?

Request the terms below. We send the full rate card, the block pricing and the contract itself, not a brochure, within one business day.
