Often the answer is yes. Not because it is a beauty budget line — because it is a team perk that costs less per person than the catering. We come on site, set up in a conference room, and everybody rotates through on the clock.
The person who asked becomes the one who found it. Everybody gets a little pampering in the middle of a work day. And you stop paying for it yourself.

Questions Guests Ask
Yes. A single guest at a wedding in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Chicago, or any destination — that is a normal booking. There is a travel and setup minimum because we bring a full production kit, professional lighting, and a director's chair to your location, not a tote bag. You are not required to bring a group.
Yes, and it is among our most common bookings in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Clearwater, and Chicago. We coordinate your start time with the bridal party so you are finished and polished at the right moment — not waiting for three hours or rushed at the end. Grandmothers and sisters of the bride are always welcome on the same call.
Single-person bookings typically start in the $150–$350 range depending on services, city, and travel distance. Group and corporate day rates are quoted per project within one business day. We give you a real number — not a range wide enough to mean nothing. Payment plans are available through Klarna and Afterpay.
Hotel suites are most of what we do for event clients. In Tampa Bay: The Vinoy Renaissance, the Don CeSar, Armature Works, the Marriott Water Street, and the Hilton St. Pete Bayfront. In Chicago: The Peninsula, The Langham, Hotel Nikko, Four Seasons, and The Ritz-Carlton. We bring professional lighting because hotel bathroom vanity light is not designed for photography or long evenings.

Yes. Prom and formal events run throughout spring in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, and Sarasota. We bring the same professional kit, airbrush options, and 100% human hair lashes that show up for a gala or benefit. There is no junior version of the service.
We build the timeline backward from the moment you need to walk out the door, then add a buffer. For one person that is usually 60 to 90 minutes on site. For a group we assign a written start time per person so nobody is finished three hours early and nobody is rushed at the end.
Two to three weeks is comfortable. Gala season in Tampa Bay runs October through May. Chicago's fall charity circuit and holiday party weekends in both cities fill faster than most clients expect. Bring photos of yourself you actually like — not just photos of other people. We will ask about your skin, your hair texture, how long the day is, and whether there are cameras. Then we will make a recommendation and show you before we commit to it.
Yes. Individual headshot prep is one of our most frequent event bookings in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, and Chicago. We align with your photographer's schedule and style. If your company approves a team headshot day, we come on site to a conference room and rotate everyone through in a single morning.
