Headshots & Personal Brand · Tampa Bay · Chicago · Los Angeles
Hair, makeup and men’s grooming built for the lens, not for the room. A founder’s branding day, a whole floor of headshots, a quarterly content day or a campaign — the scope changes, the standard does not.

The Work
Founders, coaches, speakers and authors. One person, several looks, and images that still look like you in a year.

A written rotation, one artist to every three or four people, and touch-ups between sitters so face twenty matches face one.

Quarterly content days, e-commerce runs and lookbooks. Enough looks banked in one day to carry a quarter of posting.

Concept from reference, continuity across setups, and a look that holds from the first frame to the last.

On Every Shoot
In Their Words
“Everyone looked polished, confident, and still like themselves — which is exactly what you want for headshots and work photos. The team was professional, efficient, and great at working with multiple people while making each of us feel comfortable and listened to.”
“I loved my speaking engagement makeup, lasted a whole event and it was the boost I needed before being on stage.”
How It Books
One
Hair and makeup for a headshot or a branding session, on location, everything in the kit. Hair only, makeup only or men’s grooming is a single service.
A few
One artist to every three or four people, a written running order, and touch-ups between sitters. Artists are added to protect the schedule, not to pad the invoice.
A floor
Four or eight hours on site with touch-ups through wrap. We have run 300-person floors; a 15-person agency is a comfortable day.
Every quote is all-inclusive. Skin and hair prep, airbrush and custom lashes are never separate lines on the invoice — we would not add them to a producer’s estimate, so we do not add them to yours. A 50% retainer holds the date and the balance is due 30 days before the shoot. Travel beyond the standard service area is quoted before you book, never added afterwards.
The Upgrade Worth Asking For
This is the most useful thing on this page, so we will be direct about it.
Someone books us for one headshot. We ask one question: could your company approve a day rate so the whole team gets this?
Often the answer is yes — not as a beauty budget line, but as a team perk that costs less per person than the catering. We come on site, set up in a conference room, and everybody rotates through on the clock, so face twenty looks like face one.
The person who asked becomes the person who found it. Tick the box on the form and we will send a one-page proposal you can forward to your manager or HR. If it is a no, we still take care of you.
For Repeat Buyers
Agencies, brands and creative directors who shoot more than once a year can prepay a block of four, six or twelve days — full or half — and hold one preferred rate across the block. Calendar priority, the same key artist on every job, one master contract, and no re-quoting every time a project lands.

It depends on how many people sit in the chair and how long we are with you, so we quote it rather than publish it. Tell us the date, the city, how many people and what you are shooting, and you will have a real number within one business day. Every quote is all-inclusive: skin prep, airbrush and custom lashes are never charged as extras, and travel beyond the standard service area is quoted before you book.
Often, yes, and it is worth the five-minute ask. If your team is due headshots, or you are getting ready for a conference or a work event, we will send a one-page proposal you can forward to your manager or HR. On site in a conference room it costs less per person than most catering orders, and the person who asked becomes the person who found it. If the answer is no, you can still book the sitting yourself.
Yes. If you are the speaker, coach or author and you are paying for your own prep, portraits and press images, that is this page and it is the same booking as a branding day. If you are the organiser staffing a stage, a green room or a summit, that is our brand activations and conferences page, because it is priced by the day and by the number of people going through the chair.
No. A single-person branding day is one of the most common bookings we take, and it is often the highest-leverage money a founder or coach spends all year. You get hair and makeup built for camera rather than for a room, plus wardrobe and look changes planned so the images do not all look like the same five minutes.
Yes, and this is where an agency is genuinely different from a single freelancer. A boutique office, agency or small team runs through in a day with a proper rotation: one artist to every three or four people, a written schedule, and touch-ups between sitters so face twenty looks like face one. We have run 300-person corporate floors; a 15-person agency is a comfortable day.
Yes, and it is grooming rather than makeup. Skin prep and moisture, shine control for the lights, redness evened out, and concealment only where a lens would otherwise catch it. Nobody can tell, including him. It is a single service, quoted the same way as hair or makeup on its own, and it is the same preparation we run for executives on camera and for on-air talent.
Cameras read texture, shine and colour temperature very differently from the human eye. Skin prep, product density, powder placement and how the under-eye is handled all change. Event makeup photographed on a modern camera at close range usually reads heavy. That difference is what you are buying.
No. Airbrush is a tool, not a tier. There are silicone, water based and alcohol based systems, and the right one depends on the skin, the lighting and the length of the day; alcohol based is too dry for most faces and cracks where the skin naturally creases. We would never add a line to a producer's estimate because we reached for airbrush or lashes, so we do not add one to yours.
For an individual, three to five distinct looks in a full day is realistic once you factor in wardrobe and hair changes. For a team, plan on one polished look per person unless you are building a campaign. We map it out before you book so nobody discovers the constraint on the day.
We can. If you already have one, we work to their direction and their lighting. If you do not, we will refer someone we have actually worked with, or produce the whole shoot as a single scope: photographer, beauty, wardrobe support, shot list and location. Talent sourcing is covered by Florida Talent Agency License TA1765.
Regularly. Quarterly content days are how most brands keep their imagery current without one enormous shoot a year. If you expect more than a couple of days a year, the preferred rate contract is almost always the cheaper route.
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most branding and headshot days, and short-notice requests are often possible. Multi-day campaigns and large team days should be booked earlier. If your date is tight, call (888) 619-0628 rather than email.
