Quinceañeras

Her day, her court, and photographs that hang for thirty years.

A quinceañera is priced like a wedding, because it runs like one.

A church time that cannot move. A court of damas and chambelanes. Mom, the madrinas, the abuelas and los niños, all ready before the photographer walks in. It is a wedding morning with a different dress.

So it is quoted like one: her hair and makeup, then the court, then mom, the madrinas and the children, each at a rate that does not change because it is a quinceañera rather than a wedding. Send us the church time and the headcount and you will have the number in a day.

Everyone gets a written start time, built backward from the church.

Evening Hair

Not a blowout. A style that holds.

How It Books

One chair, or the whole room.

One

A few

You and the people getting ready with you

Mothers, sisters, bridesmaids, friends. Every person gets a written start time, and artists are added to protect your timeline, not to pad the invoice.

All day

We stay with you

Four or eight hours on site, and the clock starts when you sit down. Unlimited touch-ups, an optional look change and behind-the-scenes content.

Questions Guests Ask

Answered before you have to ask.

Do you do hair and makeup for just one person?

Yes. A single guest at a wedding, a gala or a headshot in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Chicago or Los Angeles is a normal booking. There is a two-hour minimum per artist because we bring a full kit, professional lighting and a director's chair to your location. You are never required to bring a group.

Do you do mother of the bride and mother of the groom hair and makeup?

Yes, and it is one of our most common bookings. We coordinate your start time with the bridal party so you are finished at the right moment rather than three hours early or rushed at the end. Grandmothers, sisters and aunts book on the same call.

Do you do men's grooming?

Yes, and it is grooming rather than makeup. Skin prep and moisture, shine control for the camera and for a long evening, redness evened out, and concealment only where a lens would otherwise catch it. Nobody can tell, including him. It is a single service with in-room service included, and on a wedding booking with the bride a groom and his groomsmen are quoted together. It is the same preparation we run for executives on camera and for on-air talent.

Do you do makeup for mature skin?

Yes, and it is a different job rather than a lighter version of the same one. Mature skin needs its own prep, formulas and placement: hydration first, product that sits in texture instead of on top of it, and definition rebuilt where it has softened. Mothers and grandmothers of the bride, board members and award-night guests are a large part of what we do, and the before and after photographs on this site include mothers and grandmothers, not only brides.

How much does event hair and makeup cost in Tampa Bay or Chicago?

It depends on how many people sit in the chair and how long we are with you, so we quote it rather than publish it. Tell us the date, the city, the headcount and the time you need to be ready, and you will have a real number within one business day. Every quote is all-inclusive, so skin and hair prep, airbrush and lashes are never charged as extras. A 50% retainer holds the date, the balance is due 30 days before, and Klarna and Afterpay are available.

Can my company pay for this?

Often, yes, and it is worth the five-minute ask. If you are getting ready for a work event, a conference or a headshot day, we will send you a one-page proposal you can forward to your manager or HR. It reads as a team perk and costs less per person than most catering orders. Everything about headshots, personal brand shoots and company headshot days lives on our photoshoots and branding page.

How early do you arrive, and how long does it take?

We build the timeline backward from the moment you need to walk out the door, then add a buffer. One person is usually 60 to 90 minutes on site. For a group, every person gets a written start time so nobody waits and nobody is rushed.

Do you work in hotel suites and at venues?

Hotel suites are most of what we do for event clients, along with private homes, offices, green rooms and ballroom hallways. We bring our own professional lighting, because hotel vanity light is not built for photographs or long evenings.

Do you do prom, formals and quinceañera hair and makeup?

Yes. Prom and formal season runs through the spring across Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Sarasota. A quinceañera is priced like a wedding and is covered on this page, her and her whole court. The kit, the artists and the standard are the same ones that show up for a gala.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable. Gala season in Tampa Bay runs October through May, and holiday party weekends in both cities fill faster than most people expect. Short notice is always worth a call to (888) 619-0628, because the roster is deep.
